Graphic & Video Content Creator

The visual engine of the house. Design graphics and produce video—from polished brand creative to scrappy, trend-native short-form built to go viral—across a portfolio of products, at volume.

What you will do

• Produce day-to-day visual content: social graphics, ad creative, carousels, thumbnails, and brand assets across products
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)—hooks, captions, sound, and pacing built for virality
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for ads, explainers, and social
• Turn content scripts and campaign briefs into finished visual assets fast, iterating on what performs
• Keep a consistent visual brand across every product while adapting to each platform’s native style
• Maintain an organized library of templates, footage, and assets so the team can move at volume
• Collaborate with the copywriter on scripts/hooks and with social on posting formats and trends
• Stay on top of visual and video trends, formats, and tools; test new creative angles weekly

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video production/editing—combined, not one or the other
• Strong portfolio showing both polished graphics and short-form social video that performed
• Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, Canva) and video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or After Effects)
• Understanding of platform-native short-form: hooks, retention, captions, trends, and formats that spread
• Ability to produce high volume on deadline and iterate quickly from performance feedback
• Good eye for brand consistency, typography, color, and layout
• Basic motion-graphics/animation ability

Preferred qualifications

• On-camera comfort or experience directing simple shoots
• Experience creating content for multiple brands or products at once
• Photography or sound-editing skills
• Responsible use of AI creative tools to speed production
